Basic Visit
The basic tour is geared to offer great value for money. Capturing is very fast - it only takes a few seconds to take a single panorama - add in carrying the capture device and it's typically around 30s to a minute. So we are able to capture most spaces within an hour (flats usually in 15 - 20 minutes), but of course it depends on the size, ruggedness and the number of panoramas you take.

HQ Visit
HQ inspection offers uncompromising quality, but at the cost of much slower scanning and a consequent higher price. For example, when capturing up to a final resolution of 320Mpix, the time to capture a single panorama is around 10 minutes, so it can take a whole day to capture a property with many rooms and a large plot. However, the resolution can go to much more extreme values in the gigapixel range, but then it can take several hours to take a single image.
These tours will thus find their application especially where maximum quality is needed, such as virtual museums and galleries, but also, for example, in the sale and rental of exclusive properties

- an order of magnitude higher, theoretically „unlimited“ resolution of up to a gigapixel
- order of magnitude slower shooting (at 320Mpix about 10 minutes / panorama)
- much better colours, higher sharpness and lower noise than the basic inspection

Live guided tours
Especially real estate agents and private property sellers will appreciate the possibility of a live guided tour. What does it mean? It's basically a video call inside a virtual tour, where the guide (i.e. the real estate agent or property seller) has the ability to control what the client sees on their side. So as a guide, you can switch between panoramas, rotate your view, zoom, etc. and your client on the other side sees the same thing you do. In addition to this, the sound from the microphone and the webcam image from both sides are also transmitted, so you can have the same conversation as if you were in the same room. The client also has the option to request control of the controls and can determine what they want to focus on, which is again relayed back to the guide so they know exactly what the client is looking at.
How it works:
- You and the client will agree on a time when you will both meet at the viewing site.
- You log in with your password as a guide. When you do so, the client will see a button to call you (similar to Skype)
- The client will call you and this will start the actual inspection
Everything is very simple and very much like a „classic“ examination, where you meet the client on the spot, but with the difference that you are both in the warmth and safety of your home or office, which is invaluable especially in these times of the coronavirus pandemic.

360° videos
Not all pages can have interactive tours like you see on our site, but it is almost always possible to put a youtube video on there. So you can take advantage of that and put a tour there at least in that way. Additionally, by putting it on youtube you increase your reach and videos can also be put on Facebook. Of course, this has its limitations, so you can't arbitrarily switch between panoramas „as you please“, but instead all panoramas will be scrolled through automatically.
In the video, you can freely look around using your mouse or finger on mobile devices. This works even when the video is paused, so you don't have to worry about the panoramas changing too quickly.
