The results were shocking even for the researchers themselves.<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n \t<li>\n<p><b>4\u00d7 Faster learning:<\/b> Employees in VR learned the material 4 times faster than in the classroom and 1.5 times faster than through e-learning. Even after factoring in time to deploy technology, VR was still 3 times more effective.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<p><b>275 % Higher self-esteem:<\/b> It's not just what you know, but whether you can use it. Graduates of the VR training were 275 % more confident in applying the skills they learned in practice.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<p><b>3.75\u00d7 Stronger emotional attachment:<\/b> People developed almost 4 times stronger relationship with the training content.
